Mentoring & advisory

Experience only makes sense when it is shared.

Mentoring and advisory are not a separate profession for me, but a natural part of the path I have taken in business, investments and company management. At a certain point, it ceases to make sense to focus solely on one's own projects, and the need arises to share experience, structure decision-making and help others see things in broader contexts.

I do not offer universal solutions or quick answers to the people I work with. I help them think, ask the right questions and take responsibility for their own decisions. I perceive advisory as a partner-based dialogue built on trust, openness and respect for a long-term perspective.

Own advisory company

Within H-LuMid, I focus on strategic mentoring and advisory aimed at long-term management, company development, responsible ownership and working with capital. It is practical support based on real decisions and everyday managerial practice.

Expert and advisory activities

As a mentor and a member of expert structures, I am active and also participate in professional discussions on strategic, economic and societal topics. This role makes it possible to confront practical experience with the perspectives of other experts and to contribute to higher-quality decision-making.

Support for the entrepreneurial community

I am also actively involved in activities focused on mentoring, advisory and support for entrepreneurs at various stages of their journey. The purpose is not only individual development, but also the cultivation of the entrepreneurial environment as a whole.

How I approach mentoring and advisory

The aim of mentoring and advisory is not to manage other people's companies, but to help individuals and teams make decisions that make sense even with time distance. I perceive mentoring and advisory as a natural way to pass experience on and contribute to responsible entrepreneurship based on trust, continuity and long-term meaning.
